Confirmation of Terms of Service
This Agreement is entered into between you (“User”) and SPARKHUB PTE. LTD., (“Kremvio”, “the Platform”) regarding your subscription to the Kremvio auto-renewing membership service (the “Auto-Renewal”).
Before subscribing, you are required to read this Agreement and all rules related to membership services issued by our Platform in full. Provisions highlighted in bold or _underlined_ may relate to disclaimers of liability, limitations of rights, applicable law, or dispute resolution. Please read these carefully to ensure that you are fully informed of, understand, and accept all terms of this Agreement and the associated membership rules, which together form the basis of your and the Platform’s rights and obligations.
By completing the activation process as instructed on the Auto-Renewal page, you confirm that you have thoroughly read, understood, and agreed to all terms herein. This Agreement thereby constitutes a binding legal document between both parties.
This Automatic Renewal Agreement may be provided in multiple languages. In the event of any conflict, the English language version of this agreement shall prevail.
Auto-Renewal Policy
Billing Cycle: The billing period may be weekly or annually, or as otherwise displayed on the subscription page. You may choose the preferred cycle at your discretion.
By enabling Auto-Renewal and not canceling it within the cancellation period defined herein, you authorize Kremvio to instruct payment providers (Apple) to deduct the membership fee for the next billing cycle from your linked funding account or payment method.
Enabling Auto-Renewal constitutes your agreement to allow deduction from the funding account without requiring a password, SMS verification, or similar account verification.
Unless you cancel Auto-Renewal, the authorization for recurring deductions remains valid indefinitely and is not limited by frequency. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment account has sufficient funds. Any failure to renew due to payment issues shall be borne solely by you.
If the platform fails to successfully process the payment from your account before the expiration of your membership term, whether due to insufficient funds or any other reason, the platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to VIP membership services upon expiry. However, since the automatic renewal service requires your active cancellation, failure to manually disable this feature will be deemed as your consent for the company to continue making periodic payment attempts within a specified period following the membership expiry (even if your account lacks sufficient funds). If Kremvio successfully collects the full payment within this period, your access to both the automatic renewal service and VIP membership privileges will be reinstated.
You understand and agree that the automatic renewal service for VIP membership requires your active cancellation. Although the VIP membership service is linked to your account, account suspension or cancellation will not affect the automatic renewal service. The service will continue until you actively cancel it. We recommend that you regularly check the service status and take action as needed.
Apple will notify you of renewal 7 days before the end of your billing cycle. Failure to cancel prior to the renewal date will be deemed acceptance of continued subscription. You are expected to log in regularly to check notifications; Kremvio assumes no responsibility for unread messages due to inactivity.
You understand and agree that you're using third-party payment providers, you are also subject to their terms.
Cancelling Auto-Renewal
If you do not wish to continue the subscription service, you may cancel the automatic renewal at any time before the next billing date through the designated cancellation portal or method provided by the platform. Upon successful cancellation, no further charges will be deducted for subsequent billing cycles.
Cancellation procedures may vary by device, payment platform, or provider. You may refer to the Help Center or contact Customer Support for detailed guidance.

Apple App Store:
1. Open “Settings” on your iOS device.
2. Tap your name.
3. Tap “Subscriptions” on the Apple ID page
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to cancel.
Customer Support: If the above methods are unavailable, you may contact Kremvio support, provide your account information, and request assistance with cancellation.
You understand and agree that even though you cancelled the auto-renewal service, deductions processed before cancellation will not be refunded, and no compensation shall be provided. You bear full responsibility for such charges.
Subscriptions by Minors
Our products are not available to minors. If you are a minor, please do not use this product or service, and do not make any payments. Any losses incurred due to violation of these terms and conditions shall be the sole responsibility of the user.
Changes to Terms
Kremvio reserves the right to amend these terms and any membership-related policies as needed. Updated terms take effect immediately upon publication and supersede prior versions. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed following the laws of Singapore, excluding conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes Between You and Us
You agree to first contact us in good faith to resolve any claim, dispute, or controversy (“Dispute”) arising from or relating to this Agreement, including its validity or termination.
If unresolved, the Dispute shall be submitted to the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) and resolved in accordance with its rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in Singapore in English. The arbitrator’s award shall be binding and enforceable in any jurisdiction. You may only assert claims in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative proceeding.
Disputes with Third Parties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, disputes between you and third parties (e.g., service providers, content owners) shall be resolved independently by you and such parties. We shall not be held liable for any claims, demands, or damages (actual or consequential) arising from disputes between you and any third party. You agree not to bring any claims against Vibeland and to indemnify us against any liability arising from such disputes.
